This spa day was a birthday treat for my sister. We had a truly lovely relaxing day. Location, facilities staff, food and treatments first class. Both therapists really good, but I'd like to say how excellent Elina is. We will be back!

My partner and I attended here as a spa package including treatments and lunch. I wouldn’t say the place was relaxing, it’s a busy health club and gym and not much space to ‘chill’ round the pool. I witnessed at least 10 beds reserved with towels but not a single person using them which is annoying when you actually want to lay down. Some of the staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to know what was going on, whose lunch was included etc. I had to send the bill back for it to be rectified. The treatments were ok, my partner just wanted a back massage but the therapist made this awkward and insisted he did something else. Probably wouldn’t go again. £10 to hire a robe is steep too.

The facilities are incredible, staff are lovely and friendly, accessible for wheelchair users and those with mobility aids, we really found our bliss there and the restaurant was incredible and food amazing, not to mention the treatment was the best massage we’d ever had! Amazing all round.
