Wow what can I say this was an amazing spa day, couldn't have asked for any better. The treatment was just brilliant the facilities were fantastic, lunch tasted great (my only thing was a little slow) & staff avoided bringing out water we asked twice in end got up & got some ourselves which isn't a big deal. And new sauna needs to be slightly hotter but overall we will defo be back for sure. Staff friendly & informative. So many facilities included relaxation room, water bed room, saunas (inside/outside) Himalayas salt room, steam room, Jacuzzi, pool, even a very very cold ice bath. Would defo recommend to family & friends.

We had no trouble booking the spa and were very happy with the staff who were all very helpful and friendly. The only thing we found could have been useful was a map to show what was at the spa and how to get around. The beds were taken up very quickly and towels left for a substantial amount of time by people which is unfair as there were obviously more people than beds. We had a great time using all the facilities, the heated beds were a favourite as each time we checked for space it was always full, so maybe a limited time on each of the rooms would be helpful, as we did on the water bed which was amazing but we didn't spend too long in there as some did. Overall a lovely day, with nice staff, food and atmosphere.

Amazing massage, the facilities were lovely and refreshing. Barry, especially made our visit 5 star with his charming smile and chat! Lovely lunch and dessert. Will definitely go back again ☺️

Been here many times on spa days. Although we are non members, staff are always polite, kind and courteous and couldn’t make our visits any better. Spa staff are fantastic. Been to Champneys a few times, which is far more expensive and always find Bannatynes spa staff to be much better trained and the treatments are outstanding.

We had a lovely day at Kingsford Park. The package with three treatments and access to the extensive facilities was very reasonably priced for what was provided. The treatments were all great and done by polite, professional and lovely staff (Isabella was especially considerate). The facilities have been recently refurbished to a very high standard and are clean and with many different options available. Food was reasonably priced and very tasty. We were able to take our time with lunch and not feel rushed. Saturdays are clearly very busy with lots of people but there was plenty of space. Will definitely visit again for a special occasion.

Good facilities, easy parking and check in. Great Elemis facials. Staff very good apart from cafe/ restaurant which maybe due to inexperience .
