We had a great day at Wildmoor Spa. The staff were friendly, the spa, pool, and gym were all clean and modern. We enjoyed use of the gym, pool, steam, sauna etc. Our treatments (a massage) was great. We had lunch in the bar which was tasty (highly recommend the club salad). Only issue was that throughout the day we struggled to get a sunbed by the pool. We saw several other guests struggling to get a sunbed too. Perhaps there should either be a 'no towels left on sunbeds whilst not being used' policy, as most sunbeds throughout the day had been 'reserved' by towels, but had no one actually on them, while other guests waited on the bench or standing by the poolside. Alternatively, more sunbeds being put out during busy points would be appreciated.

Wildmoor is clean and the facilities are good. I had a Swedish, neck, back and shoulder massage and it was lovely very relaxing, the waiting are is great with heated beds and feels very zen. During the morning and daytime the Jacuzzi was very busy but by the afternoon was a bit quieter, nice sauna and steam room and an ice bucket. Food was nice in the cafe staff were helpful. Only downside is a robe, slippers and towel are not included you have to pay extra to hire these, this is the 1st Spa day I've been on when these are not included so I assumed they would be and hadn't brought my own. Treatment did feel like it went very quick but I know a 25 min treatment will do so next time I would see if there is a package which offers a longer treatment. I would definitely go back to Wildmoor overall the day was great and I left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated.

A wonderful relaxing day for myself and my daughter who was in dire need due to stressful work load. My beauty therapist Phoenix was excellent,friendly full of genuine smiles and made a natural effort for a relaxing persona. Keep it up Phoenix. We will definitely return another time. Even better when hubby plays taxi so Prosecco was involved.

Overall a good experience, though a few things could have been improved as noted below. The gentleman serving in the cafe was very helpful and polite - sadly I didn't get his name. Spa staff were helpful and friendly. My body scrub treatment with Lynne was great and she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The afternoon tea was a disappointment as we opted for this over the lunch option, thinking we'd get a selection of sandwiches and sweet treats, however we were only given one very small scone each, which was nowhere near enough food for a meal. I felt it was a bit much that robes weren't included in the package as I feel this is expected from a spa day, though we were aware of this before we arrived. The facilities are good and we very much enjoyed our day. The pool was extremely busy at times, but as we were there all day we were able to swim at the quieter times, which was good.
