The Spa

No matter how hectic life might be at the moment, there should always be time for a soothing break from the norm. Here at the sumptuous Quad Club, you’ll be unwinding without a care in the world in no time at all.

You’ll be mightily tempted by the treatments and therapies on offer here, so choose the ones that best match your mood. Later, you can prolong the feel-good factor with a pleasantly decadent dip in the glorious indoor swimming pool.

The Workout

If you like working out with a vista to savour, you’ll be inspired by the views of the Royal Victoria Dock from here. The gym is superb, with all the state of the art luxury you’d expect from such a highly rated facility.

If you prefer something with a little more structure, have a chat with the friendly team about a personal training programme. Later, you can unwind in style with some quality time in the wonderfully welcoming Jacuzzi.

The Food

Your inner foodie will love the fact that one of the finest eateries in the whole of the Docklands region can be found right here. The rightly popular Docklands Bar & Grill specialises in traditional British and European dishes created with great passion.

One look at the menu is all you need to be tempted like never before, so get ready for a culinary journey like no other. The food here is sensational, just as sensational as the floor to ceiling windows offering views of the impressive Royal Victoria Dock.

I took my bestie on a last minute mini girls trip into the city and this hotel was a great choice! Really well kept hotel and for the price was a great value for money. We did the spa break option and enjoyed the Prosecco and products in the room! There was a miscommunication on the time for breakfast (it ends at 9am on week-days) which meant we would have missed it. Luckily the receptionist who checked us in realised the mistake and managed to get us a cooked breakfast rustled up by the chef, which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place for a short break to relax and recuperate! My best friend and I are already planning our return for later in the year!

Firstly booking via Spa Seekers - quick, efficient and effective thank you. Secondly the Spa. To describe it as a "spa" is stretching it a little far. You arrive in a shabby reception to find out there are no relaxation areas and everything is on two floors. The stairs down to the pool very steep, painful on the feet and as I walk with a stick I was in serious pain. Pool good; Jacuzzi pleasant + excellent steam room. However the sauna was back up all the stairs to the changing room - which I couldn't face so did not use. We also hope to have a coffee before our massage, but not possible as the tiny room was full. Massages were excellent professional, thorough and we felt wonderful afterwards. The changing facilities were fine, but due to the sauna, very hot .So in summary, lovely staff, brilliant massage, nice pool and steam room but it is essentially a swimming pool and treatment rooms-not a SPA so don't bank on spending an afternoon there relaxing. Not suitable for limited mobility.

Spa day with mum

It was my mum's first time at a spa and she absolutely loved it. We had a 55 minute ache massage (that really took about 45) that it was a bit too soft for my liking even though I asked for more pressure. All in all it was an amazing experience. Would love to come back again.
