Used my Tesco vouchers so 2 for 1. An excellent deal as we had a treatment each, tea and coffee on tap in the relaxation room, tasty one course lunch (good choice of dishes) with a glass of Prosecco and use of the pool, sauna etc. Robes a bit worn and some areas could do with an upgrade but we still had a very enjoyable day.

Everything was wonderful. The staff, cleanliness, treatments and lunch. The only complaint was that of the pool area. Steam room unavailable, looking quite dowdy and in need of an overall.

I really enjoyed my spa experience - I was keen to go swimming and have a massage treatment and both the facilities and staff were lovely. The one thing that I didn't quite expect was how busy it would be - throughout both the morning and afternoon half of the small pool was in use with a series of baby, toddler and pre-school swimming lessons which, as you might expect, involved a lot of singing and shrieking. This was fine for me - I'm heavily pregnant so I need to get used to it! - but if you are looking for peace and quiet it would be worth checking in advance about other activity going on. The other thing to note is that if you have dietary requirements, get in touch separately even if you've put the details in your booking form. I'm coeliac and the only thing on the menu I could eat was a salad - the staff did help me get some extra food but if you don't want to go hungry then it would be best to ensure this is sorted in advance.

I had a wonderful day at this spa, relaxed in lounge until 11am when I had a head, neck and shoulder massage by Sophie and a facial. Sophie listened and knew I was looking to relax so did the massage with minimum talking it was just perfect, food was good and pool area was busy but enough beds for everyone.

The spa was very clean and the staff welcoming. The treatment was very relaxing. I used the gym and pool which were also very clean and well maintained. Water was freely available but it would be nice to have a tea/coffee machine in the lounge.
