Spa Vouchers

To give you the widest choice and flexibility, we offer three types of spa vouchers, each of which can be redeemed against spa services and spa packages. Our vouchers have been designed to suit all budgets and occasions, so you can find the right one for you.

Pamper packages

These vouchers are for a specific spa day package that includes spa treatments, access to the leisure facilities, and lunch. We offer a selection of pamper day vouchers:

- Mini Pamper Day

- Deluxe Pamper Day

- Supreme Pamper Day

- Men's Pamper Day

- Mother and Daughter Pamper Day

- Lover's Pamper Day

- Group Pamper Day (for a minimum of six guests)

Single spa treatments

We offer vouchers that can be redeemed against either a 30-minute facial or a 30-minute back, neck and shoulders massage at a participating spa. These can be used alone, or as add-ons to a longer spa package.

Monetary value vouchers

These vouchers are the most flexible option of all. Simply select an amount between £25 and £500. Just like a high street gift voucher, they can be redeemed as part or full payment for our spa breaks, spa days and services.

Monetary vouchers can be redeemed against spa breaks, spa days and services at any of our 500+ spas. Pamper packages and single spa treatment vouchers are redeemable at any participating spa.

Yes. You can add on optional extras. Simply ask us at the time of redeeming your voucher. Any services outside the voucher's inclusions will be subject to an additional charge.

Here are the steps for purchasing a spa voucher for your own use through our website:

1. Visit our spa vouchers page.
2. Choose a pamper package voucher, treatment voucher, or an open voucher to a specific monetary value.
3. Choose your quantity and click ‘add to basket'. You will be taken through to the ‘voucher options' page.
4. Under ‘buying as a gift?', click ‘no'. Choose to add an optional cancellation cover.
5. Click ‘update basket'. You will be taken to your shopping basket, where you will have the option to amend your order. When you're happy with your choice, click ‘secure checkout'.
6. Enter your personal details, check your order, and click ‘secure payment'.
7. Choose your payment method: we accept PayPal, major debit cards and credit cards. Enter the required details.
8. Once the payment has been authorised, you will be directed to a confirmation page. You will also receive an email confirming the order.

Yes! Spa vouchers make great gifts for your friends, family or partner. They can be made available immediately after purchase, so are the ideal solution for that last-minute present.

Here is how you can gift a spa voucher:

1. Visit our spa vouchers page.
2. Choose a pamper package voucher, treatment voucher, or an open voucher to a specific monetary value.
3. Click ‘add to basket'. You will be taken through to the ‘voucher options' page.
4. Under ‘buying as a gift?', click ‘yes'.
5. Choose between a spa gift voucher pack (sent out by post) or an instant email voucher. For each option, you can choose to add a gift message and specify the date on which the voucher will become valid.

If you want your voucher posting, you can also add gift wrapping to make your gift even more special.

If you choose an email voucher, please note that the voucher will be dispatched immediately after purchase. So, if you want to gift the voucher on a different date, enter your own email address. This way, you can give the voucher to its recipient on a day of your choice.

6. When you've made your selections and added the required information, click ‘add to basket'. You will then be directed to the checkout page.
7. Enter your personal details, check your order, and click ‘secure payment'.
8. Choose your payment method and enter your details.
9. Once the payment has been authorised, you will be directed to a confirmation page. You will also receive an email confirming the order.

Before you can redeem your voucher, you will need to activate it. To do this, simply visit the activation page.

Enter your voucher number, email address and name. We will then send you an email with all the details you need to redeem your voucher.

Please note that you must take your voucher with you and present it to the receptionist when you arrive for your spa experience.

Spa vouchers are normally valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Occasionally, there may be exceptions to this. The expiry date will be clearly shown on the voucher.

For spa gift vouchers, you can choose the start date, so the recipient will enjoy the maximum validity period.

If you have a spa voucher that you are unable to use before the expiry date, contact us to ask about extending its validity.

There is no set period of time, but we would recommend booking up to a month ahead of your preferred date. Spas do get busy, especially around certain times of the year, such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.

Your spa voucher will be valid for the services specified. Monetary vouchers can be redeemed as full or part payment against spa breaks, days and services at your chosen spa.

To use your voucher, you must activate it and pre-book your chosen package or service through SpaSeekers.

Please note that if you are under 18, are pregnant or have certain medical conditions, some spa treatments and facilities will be restricted or off-limits. Contact us or your chosen spa ahead of your visit for further advice.
