Superb massage given by Marisa (Melisa?) - perfect pressure, highly experienced, beautiful oils and relaxing eye mask. Went in with a very stiff shoulder and came out feeling so calm with all the tension gone from my shoulders. Had the most fantastic nights sleep afterwards. Top marks - excellent !

Had a brilliant day from start to finish. Very helpful check in staff, lovely massage, good food and a nice relaxing afternoon in the pool/ Jacuzzi/ sauna. Changing rooms were clean and dry so no wet knickers when trying to dress after (always a bonus). Great value for money.

Friendly welcome on arrival, well equipped gym, lovely changing rooms, and facilities. Spa treatments were very good too. Good meal choices/ drinks in the café too. Would definitely go back. Only criticism- the towels and robes were a bit hard and tired looking!

A friend and I booked a massage and facial at Bannatyne’s spa in Banbury and enjoyed every minute. The relaxation room is just that - totally relaxing - and we made sure we took time to use it before and after our treatments. The beauty therapists were lovely and explained everything well. Lovely facial to celebrate my birthday. The venue itself is more a leisure club so a lot of non spa day people there doing their day to day exercise regimes so not a relaxing experience, however the spa area is lovely and staff were brilliant.

Cannot fault the staff they are amazing. However not enough to keep you going for more than a couple of hours. Pool, 1 stem room, 1 sauna and a Jacuzzi. The massage was amazing. However we visited the cafe and had clotted cream and jam scones. The scones were not fully cooked, and the clotted cream was liquidated, when I asked for a replacement I got a frozen one.
