We had a wonderful spa day. Fantastic massage. Our only complaint was the changing area and coffee area was a little cold. Lunch was amazing. I had phoned x 3 times before our spa day, left messages. Unfortunately no-one phoned me back.

The massage was very good but when we were in the changing room it felt very cold. It world have been advised in the confirmation (that we did nor receive) to be advised that if we're driving to venue that you do not have pay for parking

We had a lovely relaxing weekend away. The dinner was good. Quick service and nice food. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a big variety. The treatment was amazing so relaxing. The relaxation room is nice. The pool is good not too cold. Good sauna and steam room.

Great spa day. The treatments were very relaxing and we enjoyed sitting in the relaxation room. Lunch was just the right amount and we especially enjoyed the lemon tart and prosecco! There were good facilities - pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room (although we didn't use the sauna/steam rooms).

Lovely day and excellent treatments. Only slight downside was the question that we weren’t entitled to a glass of fizz at lunch which we knew we were - did get it but still made us feel uncomfortable. But overall a lovely day.
