How to cancel a booking

We’re sorry to hear you need to cancel – spa breaks are so hard to say goodbye to! Cancellations must be made by the person who booked and sent by email to enquiry@spaseekers.com.

Please note: cancellations made more than 30 days before your arrival will incur a £25 fee per booking. If it’s within 30 days this will result in the loss of all monies paid. Some venues (including Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, Bannatyne Spas and Champneys Spas) are non-refundable, so do check your booking details.

How can I amend my booking?

Plans change – we get it. If you need to tweak your booking, just drop us an email at enquiry@spaseekers.com or hop onto Live Chat and we’ll help you out.

Amendments made after your booking confirmation will incur a £25 admin fee, so it’s worth double-checking the details before you press that ‘buy’ button!

Please note that some experiences have strict non-amendable terms, so not all bookings can be changed. If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to check the finer details for you.

When will I get a refund?

Once your booking has been cancelled, we’ll send you an email confirming the amount refunded. You can usually expect the money to land back in your account within three to five working days – just enough time to plan your next spa escape!

If it’s been longer and you haven’t heard from us, feel free to get in touch via Live Chat and we’ll look into it for you.

What is the cancellation policy?

We know plans can change. While we hope you won’t need to cancel, here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy. For full details, have a read of our terms and conditions.

For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, a £25 administration fee per booking will apply.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of all monies paid.

Cancellation cover is available at the time of booking for £10 per guest. This optional add-on provides financial protection against cancellation or non-arrival fees, which would otherwise result in the loss of all monies paid,

Can I use my Tesco Clubcard points at any spa and how do I book?

Yes, you can. Tesco Clubcard points can be used towards any SpaSeekers voucher or experience.

Can I change the location of my booking?

Booked one spa but have your eye on another? You can switch locations, subject to availability and the spa’s own terms and conditions.

To request a change, the person who made the original booking should email us at enquiry@spaseekers.com. A £25 admin fee applies to amendments made after your booking confirmation, and we’ll do our best to make the switch as smooth as your skin after a facial.

I haven't received my confirmation email

Booked a fantastic package but haven’t seen your confirmation email yet?

First, check your spam or junk folder — sometimes it lands there by mistake. If it’s not there, don’t worry! Just reach out to us via Live Chat, and we’ll quickly confirm your details and resend your booking confirmation instantly.

How do I make a group booking?

Planning a pamper party with pals? We'll help you get the gang together because after all, friends who spa together, stay together!

When booking a group, there are a few conditions to keep in mind — including minimum guest numbers, deposit requirements, and balance due dates.

What if my discount code is not working?

Got a great discount code that isn't working, don’t worry — we’re here to help!

Please double-check the following:

The code has been entered exactly as provided (case-sensitive, no extra spaces)
The code is still valid and hasn’t expired
The code applies to the package or offer you're trying to book (please note: Tesco Reward Partner Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, scheme or promotion and cannot be exchanged in whole or part for cash).

What happens if the spa doesn't have my reservation?

Firstly, don’t panic — there could be several reasons why the spa may not immediately locate your booking.

How to redeem your gift voucher

Got a voucher? You’re in for a treat! Redeeming a gift voucher is easy, but what you need to do will depend on whether your voucher starts with a ‘U’ or an ‘M’.

To redeem a ‘U’ voucher, visit the Redeem A Voucher page and enter your voucher number, email address and the purchaser’s surname into the box. Then just click ‘Redeem’.

M’ stands for monetary, and for these vouchers, you’ll need to select your spa and go through the checkout process, entering your gift voucher number as payment or part payment when prompted to do so. There are more details on our gift voucher redemption page.

How do I redeem a monetary voucher?

Congratulations if you’ve received a monetary gift voucher, let’s help you turn it into something wonderful and relaxing.

If your voucher begins with a 'M' simply follow these steps:
1. Select your preferred spa and package online
2. Choose your arrival date
3. Add your chosen spa experience to your basket and enter the voucher code at checkout. Any balance can be paid at this point.
4. A booking confirmation will follow shortly.

Can I get a refund on my voucher?

We know life can be unpredictable. But unfortunately, all voucher types are strictly non-refundable from the moment of purchase – it’s part of our terms and conditions.

How long is my voucher valid for?

All SpaSeekers gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase – so you’ve got a whole year to turn that little piece of paper (or evoucher!) into a big moment of pampering! Just make sure your spa experience takes place before the expiry date.

Spas can get busy, so we recommend booking at least six to eight weeks in advance to avoid missing out. Need a little inspiration? Our spa deals are full of dreamy ideas to help you spend your voucher in style.

Can I change the package or spa from what is printed on my voucher?

Yes, you can. If the spa or package printed on your voucher isn’t quite your vibe, you can easily switch things up. You can browse our dreamy selection of spa experiences, then use the value of your voucher towards any other package that catches your eye.

Whether you’re craving a countryside retreat, a city escape, or a different kind of pampering altogether, the choice is yours. So go ahead! Mix, match and make it yours.

Can I redeem more than one voucher at a time on a booking?

Of course! If you’ve got more than one SpaSeekers voucher (lucky you!), feel free to use them all towards your booking. Whether you’re planning a solo pamper session or treating a friend, you can redeem as many vouchers as needed to cover the cost. Pile on the pampering!

Can I redeem my voucher for treatments instead of a package?

Fancy a facial? Mad about massage? Sadly, SpaSeekers gift vouchers are designed to be used towards one of our featured spa packages rather than individual treatments. But that’s where the fun begins!

Our packages often come with a choice of treatments, so you can tailor your spa day to suit your mood. Whether you’re looking to soothe or beautify, there’s something to match every mood.

What if I have lost my voucher?

Misplaced your voucher? Don't worry, we're here for you!

In the event that a Gift Voucher is lost, SpaSeekers will reissue the voucher. A replacement voucher pack will be sent with a covering letter confirming the purchased package. Alternatively, an eVoucher can be emailed to you.

Can I extend my voucher?

Need a little more time to book your perfect pamper treat? No problem at all!

You can extend your voucher for £25 per voucher, plus any difference in package cost, as long as the extension is requested before the voucher expires.

What If my voucher code isn’t working?

Treatments

Can I have a treatment when pregnant?

Yes you can, but with a few important caveats. Many spas won’t offer treatments during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, and some may have restrictions after 30 weeks. It’s always best to let the spa know in advance so they can guide you to the safest and most relaxing options.

The good news? Plenty of our venues offer spa packages tailored specifically for pregnancy, so you can put your feet up in style – and maybe enjoy a gentle, pregnancy-safe treatment, while you’re at it.

When it comes to spa facilities, a little caution goes a long way. Heated areas like saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs are best avoided, as they can raise your body temperature too much. Always check with the venue (and your doctor or midwife) before taking the plunge.

What is a hot stone massage?

A hot stone massage uses gently heated basalt stones placed on key points of the body to melt away tension and encourage deep relaxation. The warmth helps muscles loosen up faster, allowing your therapist to work more effectively – and you to drift off more easily.

What is a Rasul?

A rasul (also spelled rhassoul or rassoul) is a self-led spa ritual with serious glow-up potential. Originating from Arabic cleansing traditions, it involves applying mineral-rich mud to your skin, relaxing in a steamy chamber and rinsing off under a shower. The result? Silky-soft skin and a blissfully clear mind. Often done in pairs, it’s part detox, part bonding experience.

What is a Swedish massage?

A Swedish massage is the spa world’s best-known knot-untying treatment. It’s all about long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading and rhythmic tapping to ease muscle tension, boost circulation and lull you into a state of pure relaxation. Whether you’re new to massage or just want to unwind without going full deep-tissue, Swedish is your go-to.

If your treatment times aren’t listed on your booking confirmation, don’t worry — the spa will contact you directly before your visit to confirm the details.

If you have a preferred time, we recommend getting in touch with the spa directly once you’ve received your booking confirmation, and they’ll do their best to accommodate your request.

What are your office opening hours?

We’re here to help during the following times:

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: Closed
Bank Holidays: Closed

If you contact us outside of these hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible during our next working day.

What is the minimum age?

The minimum age for most spa packages is 16, but some spas prefer guests to be 18 or even 21. It’s always best to check the individual spa’s listing for the exact age policy – no surprises that way! You’ll find the minimum age on each venue’s listing page, under ‘Details’.

What should I wear to a spa?

Whatever you feel most relaxed in! Most spas provide robes, towels and slippers (or flip-flops) for use during your visit, so you won’t need to pack much beyond your swimwear. But it’s always worth checking your spa package details. If robes and flip-flops aren’t included, you could always bring your own for that extra touch of comfort.
