How long is a morning spa package?
A spa morning package will usually feature an arrival time of between 9am to 10am, with departure around lunchtime. This gives you around three or four hours of pampering, the perfect start to your day. We also feature a few early morning spa packages, with an arrival time of around 7am.
If this does not suit your plans, we feature afternoon spa days and evening (twilight) packages. These are of similar length to a morning spa day. If you would like to extend your stay, we also offer a range of full spa days, which usually run from around 9am to 5pm, as well as overnight spa breaks, including bed and breakfast spa packages.
Five of the best spa treatments to enjoy during a morning spa
Morning spa packages often include one or more pampering treatments chosen by you from a menu. Options will vary by package but your choices might include:
Back, neck and shoulders massage: Less full-on than a whole-body massage, this popular spa treatment is guaranteed to melt away tension – a great way to spend a morning.
Express Manicure: Leave your morning spa day with your hands and nails looking their best with a shorter version of this traditional treatment – you might also get the option of a file & polish.
Spa facial: Another classic spa treatment, this feature stages that focus on caring for the face, neck and decolletage – this is a great treatment for addressing specific skin issues, such as dryness.
Head massage: Sometimes called a scalp massage, this is a good option for a spa morning, offering a soothing, stress-easing experience – the best massage for those who prefer to remain dressed.
Body scrub: Offered at selected spas, this is a wonderfully indulgent full-body treatment that involves the use of a gentle exfoliant to smooth the skin – some spas offer a standalone back scrub.
