A wonderful morning spent relaxing in gorgeous facilities followed by an excellent afternoon tea. We asked to have drinks in the sun outside which seemed to be a nuisance to the staff. Staff on reception were less than welcoming but luckily staff in the restaurant were warm, friendly and helpful. All in all a good experience and we will go again.

My wife and I visited Ringwood Hall Hotel in a trip that had been postponed previously. Both the venue and SpaSeekers had been very understanding for the reason of the postponement and very helpful and flexible in rearranging. Our room was a standard and big, the bed was very comfortable. The spa was good and not particularly busy, the food was very good and the size of the meals was much bigger than we expected. The bar has a good choice of drinks and the staff were polite and courteous across the board!

Had a 1 night spa break with my friends. Treatments were super relaxing, we almost fell asleep. We had afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast - all 5/5. Staff were very kind and accommodated our requests with great service. Only comment would be restaurant service was a bit slow, probably fee extra staff would have helped.
