VIDEOThat’s right! Doggy spa breaks will soon be sweeping the nation and it’s already started at one of our spas in Derbyshire.
It’s not just people that need a little rest and relaxation, our four-legged friends can feel a little ruff too. With increasing habits for dogs to join us at work, spa experience experts globally have spotted a market for human and dog spa packages and the UK has started to catch on!
The first to jump on the trend is our 4-star spa hotel in Derbyshire, Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa . The spa now offers a ‘Pampered Pooch Experience’ in partnership with Georgina’s Pet Sitting Service for you and your furry companion to enjoy. The package includes:
An exercise walk on the beautiful grounds
Lavish shampoo massage bubble bath to help soothe and relax muscles
A pedicure and paw soak, with a deep paw moisturising balm
Ear cleanse
And a fragrance cologne finish
Prices vary dependant on treatments chosen and the size of the dog with prices ranging from £45 - £75.
So if you’re thinking of pairing up with your pooch for your next overnight spa retreat don’t forget to check out their human spa packages too and look out for future pawfect spa days with your pooch.
However it doesn't end there! Some spas already accept dogs on the grounds but not yet in the spa facilities - see the full list here:
