About
Live out all your Bridgerton fantasies on a decadent spa break to Albrighton Hall Hotel & Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals. This Grade II-listed Shropshire stunner is surrounded by 15 acres of landscaped grounds and its own ornamental lake. And, while we can’t promise a dashing Duke to welcome you, you’ll find plenty of period features mingled with luxuriously modern touches. It’s all a masterful marriage of old and new – just like the Netflix series, in fact!
Three miles from the medieval town of Shrewsbury, your first glimpse of this red-brick 18th-century manor house will take your breath away. The good looks continue on the inside thanks to 87 well-appointed rooms with elegant interiors. Check in and chill out, but don’t admire the view from your bedroom window for too long! Not when you’ve got a well-equipped gym, pool and thermal suite waiting for you!
If you venture out there's plenty to do on Albrighton Hall’s doorstep. Shrewsbury rivals York and Oxford when it comes to medieval architecture and independent shops. Birthplace of Charles Darwin, you can explore Shrewsbury's history at the red sandstone castle overlooking the River Severn, or head to Battlefield 1403 to watch falcons swoop overhead. Prefer to shop? Go directly to Shrewsbury Market Hall, a unique fusion of independent stalls.
However, it's highly unlikely you’ll want to leave Albrighton Hall Hotel & Spa. You could spend all day soaking in the thermal suite with its ice room, steam rooms and saunas. The jewel in the crown is the stunning indoor pool heated to a balmy 30 degrees, but there are also five treatment rooms for ESPA wellness rituals. Then all that’s left is to glam up for a cocktail in the 1630 Bar before an elegant dinner in the wood-panelled Oak Room restaurant.
