We had the best time! The spa was lovely and the hotel and grounds were absolutely stunning! Every single member of staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Phenomenal all round.

We had the most amazing stay, the staff went out of their way to make our weekend one to remember. The food was incredible, the grounds were stunning and the room was beautiful.

The check in process was not good. The young lad was polite but just directed us to our room. Gave no information and we had to find out where everything was ourselves by looking on the internet. The room was at the top of the building up 5 flights of stairs and as a 77 old I did struggle. The next day the receptionist, Karl, was so helpful and we heard him telling people who were booking in what there was about and where everything could be found and giving them a map. All of the staff were so friendly. The spa was perfect the staff so helpful. The Forest Brasserie food was really good and so much of it. Wonderful grounds to walk in, although we never did find the Secret Garden🙂. After the initial bad start we had a wonderful time and will certainly return.

Beautiful grounds, attentive service but sadly let down by not having a sauna or steam room. They do have an indoor Jacuzzi, swimming pool and an extensive list of treatments.

My partner and I stayed here for one night, including dinner and full English breakfast, and all I can say is amazing! The location, buildings, grounds and decor are beautiful. The ambience is so peaceful. The staff are really attentive and friendly, especially those at the cocktail bar!

We stayed for one night and couldn't have been happier. The grounds are spectacular and the spa facilities are immaculate. My wife and I both had a full body massage and my wife also as a facial treatment, all of which were incredible. We also had dinner and breakfast, both of which were excellent. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Paul the concierge, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. We were also given a free upgrade to a suite, which made the weekend even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning!
