On arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, who made us feel welcome. First half an hour we spend in the relaxation area, where there were heated stone beds, and two very comfortable water beds. Then they explained what treatments we would have, the neck, shoulder and back massage, and the pro-glow facial. Lindsey, my therapist, assessed my skin, tailoring the products she used to suit my needs. I can highly recommend the treatments we received, and the advice given for aftercare. After another rest in the relaxation area, to allow our skin to fully utilise the oils on our body, we went through to the swimming pool, sauna and steam area, and Jacuzzi. Hot, bubbly, perfect! 👌 once we felt ready, we went to get changed, and then had smoothies in the café, and I had poached eggs with avocado on toast. My daughter was very happy to see all the smoothies were gluten free. We had a lovely day, and came away refreshed and relaxed, ready to face the world.

I had a back shoulder and head massage by Emma. Really well done, felt good afterwards. Only issue was the room was cold and so was I, but when I said about it she immediately turned up the heating which helped a lot.
