It is a great spa but was clearly overbooked. Not enough loungers by the pool so there were people’s belongings everywhere which made it feel very chaotic and not relaxing. The massage was amazing. Food not too bad but one member of staff had an attitude. They were struggling with amount of people there and the whole experience was not very relaxing but the facilities were nice.

Pros- lots of parking available. Check in at arrival was very good - receptionist went over and above to find a slot for an additional treatment. Hire of robes etc seem pricey - £15 when all items returned plus a £15 returnable deposit - feel this could be cheaper but understand there are laundry costs etc. Changing rooms and pool area very clean and comfortable- loved the underfloor heating. Treatment was good (back, shoulder and neck massage) therapists attentive. Lunch was delicious and great service. Cons - no coffee available during visit

Our first time visiting this spa and it was a very positive experience! All staff were very helpful, lovely facilities, tasty food - overall a fabulous day.

The spa facilities and staff are all welcoming and friendly. We got lunch and a drink includes, which was very good value and delicious! Also great to have so many vegan items to try as well. The massage was good but it started 5 minutes late and ended at least 5 minutes early, meaning a booked 40 minute massage ended up being less than 30 minutes long. This was disappointing but we didn't see the point of mentioning once we saw the clock as would have just been either an awkward additional massage for 10 minutes and I hate confrontation. It is frustrating when you pay for something and they shorten the length you pay for ( I feel like most of massages at spas always start late and finish early, so seems common but wrong!)

The facilities are lovely and I had a fantastic massage but was disappointed to how busy it was. I came for a spa day on my own and hoping for a bit of peace and quiet, sadly it was just too busy. At first there were no loungers available so I decided to come back later and luckily there was some available later on. When waiting for my massage in the upstairs room with the comfy loungers, there were people having a loud chat and it's nobody's fault but I do think it ruins the feel of relaxation if your hearing about strangers problems. Again, nobody's fault but the Jacuzzi stopped working just before I went to go in so that was also a bit of a shame. I decided to leave earlier than planned as it wasn't what I had intended for. I'd love to return as staff are friendly and I had a great massage and I do think prices were very reasonable but definitely when the spa isn't at max capacity.
