This was a birthday treat for my 70th and my first spa day. The massage was lovely and the young lady was kind and gentle but relaxing. The pool was great as was the Jacuzzi and steam room. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The only thing that I was bothered about was the changing rooms as there were only a few cubicles to get undressed in.

Receptionist was extremely pleasant and explained everything we needed to know. The relaxation room was very relaxing. My friend and I had booked our treatments together. The two girls who carried out our massages & body scrubs were excellent, personally I thought it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. We were completely satisfied with everything until we went to the pool for a swim ! It was far too cold and we couldn’t get in! But a good 8/10 from us

We went on a 2-for-1 offer, all day use of the spa facilities and 2 treatments each. The steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi were good. There was only one lounger round the pool, so you had to be using one of the facilities all the time rather than having the opportunity to sit for a while. The swimming pool is a good size but did get rather crowded later in the morning. We were invited to join an aqua fit class which was fun and good exercise. After our relaxing massage treatments we spent a little time in the lovely relaxation room. We didn’t use the gym.

They opened yesterday from lockdown. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Facilities on very restricted opening. Pool wasn’t open when we arrived but then was available. Massage staff skilled and kind.
