It was ok for the price, very basic spa the steam & sauna rooms could be a little bigger as you could only get 5 people in the Jacuzzi could have been bigger as only 4 small females could get in.

All staff from greeting to goodbye were courteous and helpful. Atmosphere in pool spa sauna bar dining area relaxed and friendly. Massage very relaxing. Well worth a visit.

I had a brilliant experience at this spa. The staff were extremely friendly and the spa was not over crowded enabling myself to be able to enjoy the facilities. Having been to Bannatyne spa's at other locations treatments have often felt like you were on a conveyor belt, but not at this location.
