The facilities are incredible, staff are lovely and friendly, accessible for wheelchair users and those with mobility aids, we really found our bliss there and the restaurant was incredible and food amazing, not to mention the treatment was the best massage we’d ever had! Amazing all round.

We had one of a kind of experience. We had a spa break with my friends, had a facial massage which was good and we have used the pool facilities had lunch which was again good. Ambiance and location was good.

A pretty big spa! Very clean. Lovely grounds and building. Good location, nestled in the countryside. It has 3 saunas, 1 steam room, 1 ice bath, a hot tub, a jetted pool with pool seating, loungers n chairs surrounding pool, a water bed relaxation room, a hotbed relaxation room, a full sized pool, a beauty room, a bar/cafe and a restaurant. Definitely not lost on things to do. Also has many treatments to chose from at reasonable prices. I had the neck, back, arm and hand massage treatment package which included full use of facilities for the day. Treatment lasted 45mins. The lady who did my treatment (Maddie) was very professional, caring and made me feel at ease. I felt fully relaxed during/after. I've had massages in the past that were too painful or unprofessional. So I was very pleased that I had my moneys worth. Thank you, Maddie 😊

Wow what can I say this was an amazing spa day, couldn't have asked for any better. The treatment was just brilliant the facilities were fantastic, lunch tasted great (my only thing was a little slow) & staff avoided bringing out water we asked twice in end got up & got some ourselves which isn't a big deal. And new sauna needs to be slightly hotter but overall we will defo be back for sure. Staff friendly & informative. So many facilities included relaxation room, water bed room, saunas (inside/outside) Himalayas salt room, steam room, Jacuzzi, pool, even a very very cold ice bath. Would defo recommend to family & friends.

We had no trouble booking the spa and were very happy with the staff who were all very helpful and friendly. The only thing we found could have been useful was a map to show what was at the spa and how to get around. The beds were taken up very quickly and towels left for a substantial amount of time by people which is unfair as there were obviously more people than beds. We had a great time using all the facilities, the heated beds were a favourite as each time we checked for space it was always full, so maybe a limited time on each of the rooms would be helpful, as we did on the water bed which was amazing but we didn't spend too long in there as some did. Overall a lovely day, with nice staff, food and atmosphere.

Amazing massage, the facilities were lovely and refreshing. Barry, especially made our visit 5 star with his charming smile and chat! Lovely lunch and dessert. Will definitely go back again ☺️
