Communication between SpaSeekers and venue was good they rearranged appointment times with no problems. Bannatyne email check in procedures and highlight additional cost of robes also received call making me aware of they are a cashless venue. On the day staff were very welcoming and informative. Pool area is bright, clean and fairly big as we're the saunas and steam room plenty of loungers inside and out. There is a outside sauna with a glass front over looking the grounds which is beautiful. We booked a pedicure and facial which were both relaxing and enjoyable and a nice surprise was we had them together. We decided on a light lunch in the lounge area they do have a restaurant and outside patio. I would go back again and try more treatments.

Our spa day was enjoyable I would say a little too busy for us as it was difficult to find a relation chair. The changing room and pool were very busy and noisy. The lunch was nice and a little more relaxing. Our treatments were good however I didn’t get a massage as hoped as 8 weeks post surgery( I have had a lymphatic massage 3 weeks post op) as your post op policy, which I understand However I had a lovely facial. Overall it was a good experience, but I do suggest trying to limit spa days especially on busy member days too for a more relaxing experience.

We had a very enjoyable spa day with a fantastic massage and wonderful lunch. Good facilities with no problem getting a lounger etc. I would definitely recommend. SpaSeekers have some great deals and it is an extremely easy company to book via.

The spa is lovely, very clean, lovely pool, hydra pool and Jacuzzi and a few different rooms to try. Just very busy so not many places to sit and relax unless you get there very early.
