I had a massage and facial spa day package. Hayley 5 stars! She was knowledgeable and was able to elevate a lot of the pain I have in my shoulders. She immediately made me feel at ease. Spa facilities were done to a nice standard and the pool/hot tub area is well equipped. 100% would recommend!

Lovely greeting and welcome and a tour of the facilities given. Only used pool not gym but it was clean and easy to find. Lunch was really lovely and treatments were really fabulous. A great treat for myself and my daughter.

From beginning to end treatments were exceptional we had a Swedish back shoulder massage. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The relaxation rooms were lovely.

I booked a last minute back massage and spa day for my sister and I to celebrate my birthday and it was great! Bannatyne Shrewsbury is more a luxury gym than a luxury spa however, this doesn't mean it isn't a really great option. The back massage was great and they have a nice relaxation room with heated spa seats and some lovely water beds for chilling out. Then there's a pool area with loungers, a hot tub, steam room and sauna. We went on a Friday afternoon and it was really quiet with a relaxed atmosphere. We spent around 3 hours there and had a great time!
