What a gorgeous experience! My friend had to cancel last minute, and when I explained this to the receptionist, she booked me a back massage to go with my facial to use up my friend’s booking! I arrived at 08.30am and left at 5pm. The Zen garden with its sun loungers was perfect in the boiling sunshine - I truly felt I was on holiday! I’d been made aware on the website that the pool gets busy from midday with children’s swimming lessons, so I did my lengths first thing. The hydro-pool Jacuzzi is outstanding - absolutely huge! I enjoyed a jacket potato lunch and made use of steam room and sauna before my treatments. I had the best back massage and facial ever with Phoebe and enjoyed the hot relaxation beds after in the relaxation room. I will definitely return and do this again - great value for money!

What a wonderful pamper day. Everyone is so friendly at the spa. The Jacuzzi is amazing. Had an amazing Swedish massage & facial by Phoebe, who I would highly recommend. Then relaxed on the heated beds in the relaxation room, perfect!

My massage and facial were perfect, I can't complain about a thing. I really needed a relaxing hour and Bannatyne's certainly delivered! Sadly I didn't have time to use the pool, gym or sauna etc, but the treatments received were divine, so thanks so much.
