My spa day was great. The facilities are standard for Bannatyne but this one was a lot less busy which made the day more enjoyable. The pool, Jacuzzi, saunas and steam rooms were well laid out. The treatment room was comfortable and I can’t fault the staff or the lady who did my massages. The waiting room is great but a bit noisy.
