I came here for the first time today. As it was a gift I only turned up and explained it was my first visit. The man on the desk was brilliant in explaining everything I needed to know. I had a massage by Natalie and she was amazing!! I was so relaxed. The facilities were lovely. I will definitely be coming back again.

The Bannatyne was lovely to visit. Staff were super friendly and the place was nice and clean, it's quite small but it's directly in the center of Birmingham. Treatments were lovely and the girls were really attentive to what we needed. Look forward to coming back soon!

The massage lady was so kind and she also gave me the best massage ever. I loved the fact that the steam room and the sauna are ladies only I think men have their own not sure anyways but the pool and the Jacuzzi are for everyone, but other than that it was nice and relaxing and super clean.

Had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming (thank you James). The masseuse had just the right level of conversation and was excellent at her job. The treatment was fabulous and left me feeling totally destressed. The spa itself was spotless all over.
