Had our timings for our treatment changed with no confirmation. Then the night before I got a call to say our treatments were cancelled. Therefore we were able to use the facilities and rebook the date for our treatments for another day.

Great place, really enjoyed using the pool and relaxation room with heated, mosaiced couches. Excellent massage, all very calm and great to get away from the stresses of real life and the angry reality of the world at the moment. All forgotten for a long, lazy morning.

Booked for me and friend to chill out. Staff friendly enough when arrived. We was little disappointed with the facilities of the pool being very busy (so wasn't relaxing) Same with Jacuzzi and wasn't that hot. The steam room wasn't working properly. The sauna was good. The relaxation room by pool was cold so didn't use. Lunch was nice . Upstairs to the spa was the best bit and no word of a lie our massages were one of the best I ever had . Overall a nice experience but didn't realise the pool side / Jacuzzi etc was going to be part of the leisure so wasn't as relaxing experience.

Treatments and staff were all great, I would definitely recommend the spa. The steam room was not working and relaxation room was cold so the sauna was full all day. there was a sign at reception saying there was work being done on the boiler- It would have been good to know this before arrival as I had a full day there and my treatment wasn't until 4 so there wasn't much to do all day.

I had a spa day deal which included treatment. The treatment room is upstairs with windows overlooking the pool area, and it is well insulated with it's own relaxing atmosphere inside. The back and neck massage was great and I'd asked them to focus on any knots, which they paid close attention to. This was the best part of the day and I would come back for the massage therapist. For the rest of the day I enjoyed the hot tub, steam room, sauna and relaxation room with hot beds. For me, the greatest let down was the cafe area, because it was dirty and old plates were left out on tables marked with food stains, and the sofas looked like they needed a good clean. The changing rooms were very clean and spacious. I will definitely come again, but I probably won't bother with the cafe.
