The massage was brilliant and the ladies who gave me the treatments were really great however the layout of the inverness spa is odd, there is no change room on the same level as the spa and the hire price of robes and towels I felt was expensive, I would expect to have a towel as a minimum provided in the price of the treatment. The gym facilities were good, with a wide selection of machines and the pool, sauna and steam, were clean and tidy.

Lovely day at spa. Treatment was superb. Only let down was the lunch part as our venue had no cafe staff on at weekend even tho we booked spa day with lunch. So it took a long wait to get member of staff who could get toasty machine working to prepare only the one type of toasty available. But the staff were so apologetic about it. Won’t book that spa day again at weekend.

The pool was very cold so we did not stay in for long. Other facilities - steam room, spa and cafe were excellent. The treatments were also excellent and staff very friendly and professional. Will definitely be returning.
