By car: Take the M1 southbound. At Junction 10, exit towards A1081 Luton Airport. At the first roundabout, turn left onto London Road, A1081. Fantastic couples massage with two very professional masseuses in a lovely spa. However, the gym is underwhelming. No onsite parking. The pool area is small and tired. The saunas, steam rooms (2 were out of service) and Jacuzzi's were tiny. No locks on the showers in the female changing rooms and a push button for water in the male changing rooms. I would advise to leave once you have had your treatment.

The service received when my friend and I shared a spa day here in Luton was the making of a great experience. We felt welcomed and special, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The sauna was out of use on that day which didn't bother us too much, but one of the Jacuzzi pools was also closed off for a time which was a bit annoying, and we found the steam room far too hot to tolerate for more than a couple of minutes. However, our massage treatments were wonderful and, overall, I would recommend a visit here for a bit of self- indulgent pampering.
