Treatments were nice but very short for the cost. My day included a light lunch but the spa didn't seem to know what to offer - a baked potato or bowl of soup didn't make the experience special (with an extra charge for a second potato topping!). No drink was offered. I got the impression they weren't set up well for non members so won't be going back.

The staff were all very friendly. We had a massage and this was very good. I had a deep tissue. The facilities was nice, needs an update as some areas look grubby and dated but overall was a nice relaxing experience.

Today myself and mum had a lovely visit to the Bannatyne spa in Milton Keynes this was our first visit, the building is becoming a little dated but still has charm! The facilities was all in a good state, the staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming, they were knowledgeable and forthcoming with information not only with the spa but also local area. The Swedish massages were relaxing. Food was tasty cooked ready for the time we ordered.

I enjoyed the spa. First of all the steam room smelled musty but it was improved by staff. The pool is a good size and nice temperature. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi and sauna. The massage was very relaxing.

The young guy in reception was such a nice chap and very helpful. Massage was fine but the room was so cold I couldn’t relax. Pool area fine but very few loungers do couldn’t find anywhere to sit and relax. Light lunch was either soup or a jacket potato. Was ok but bread roll was frozen in the middle and was microwaved to defrost.
