By bus: Conveniently located in Northside Business Park in Thorpe St Andrew, bus routes 5, 5A, 31 and Green Line 15 all stop nearby.
By car: From the A47, take the slip road onto the A1042 and keep in the left hand lane (signed posted Norwich (E), Norwich (N), Broadland Business Park. At the third roundabout, go right. The postcode for your sat nav is NR7 0HT.

My friend and I spent a lovely relaxing morning at Bannatynes Norwich, where we visited the swimming pool and surrounding facilities, then enjoyed our booked massage treatments. The relaxation room does just that and the heated mosaic lounge beds are so lovely, it's hard to tear yourself away. Will definitely book another spa day and next time make use of the gym too!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The massage and focus were very good. I chose a manicure and unfortunately the nail varnish started to peel off after 24 hours. Nice experience though.

This was a birthday spa treat. Me and a friend had the Swedish back, neck and shoulder and hand and arm massage. The atmosphere was perfect and peaceful and the massage was amazing. So relaxing and she even loosened all the tight muscles in my shoulders. The pool was a tad cold but didn’t stop us. The hot tub wasn’t too hot but the perfect temperature. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Would definitely visit again.
