I brought this gift voucher for my mums birthday, overall we had a lovely day and we really enjoyed our 40 minutes massages, this was the best part. Disappointingly the robes and towels we hired were extremely small and did not cater to those of a larger body. Also we were not made aware of the 45 minute aqua fit class that was taking place on the day of our spa day. This significantly took away from the relaxation of the pool and surrounding areas.

Good value for money. Very friendly staff. Treatments were great. Would have been helpful if we were told to bring own towel in the email sent prior to visit as they charged £10 for a towel & robe.

I could hear the music from the gym classes whilst I was having my massage which kind of ruined the vibe a bit. Also the massage was a bit firmer than I was expecting - I was told it would be light to medium but it felt firmer than that. Scalp massage also felt more heavy handed than I was expecting. Facilities were lovely. Stayed a while to enjoy them. Light lunch was a jacket potato which filled us both up very well. A shame this place does not offer afternoon tea - would have been a nice end to our day but the potato was ok. Staff and service were amazing. All in all, very good.

A really enjoyable experience - the facilities were all in full working order and readily available. I spent over two hours in there and then showered and changed before my treatment. The massage was unbelievable - the best one I’ve ever had.
