Perfect location for Cardiff Christmas market shopping. Good value for money. We were given an upgraded room. Bathroom door needs rehanging as it catches and needs lifting to open and close. Otherwise it was warm and comfortable.

We booked a 2 night wellness break. The hotel is in a great location for Cardiff City centre. The rooms were clean and spacious, the shampoo and shower gel provided smelled amazing. The hotel has a pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. It was clean and not too busy. There was an aqua aerobics class going on in the pool and guests can bring children into the pool as well but neither of those bothered us. The spa treatments were brilliant, I fell asleep in the relaxation room and enjoyed trying the different complimentary teas. Breakfast was great and the dinners were very tasty although choice included in the package was a little limited. The staff were all really friendly. We had a really lovely weekend overall and it was just what we needed!
