From the moment I stepped into Cotswold House Hotel & Spa, I instantly felt relaxed. The staff were really friendly and so professional. My treatments were first class and the high tea after was just what I needed - very tasty!

I have enjoyed several spa days at The Cotswold House Hotel and never been disappointed. It is always tranquil and quiet. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Today I had the best massage to date, a full body massage followed by scalp massage with Natalie who was superb. We also had lunch in the hotel which was 10/10. Would highly recommend.

The spa was small but for the 2 hours we spent it was fine and not too busy. The massage treatments were excellent and very enjoyable. Full marks to the therapists. We had afternoon tea at an extra charge and because of a wedding was provided across the road at another hotel. Unfortunately this was very disappointing. The sandwiches and some of the cakes were very dry indeed. Disappointed not to be able to see what the Cotswold House Hotel would have provided had we had the chance.

The small but beautiful spa was perfect for a day spa. The massage was incredible. The masseuse was brilliant! She gave me an amazing massage after asking me which areas to work on and provided me with some advise about how to improve my general health. My daughter had a lovely facial which she thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
