Massage was really good, gym facilities comprehensive, pool clean, but very small. The spa and pool are original from when the hotel was built, so have some lovely features. Some areas are dirty and the changing area and showers need a refurb. The hotel area for sitting outside was very dirty, which ruined the hotel appearance, and many staff were available, but no one picking up dirty cups or clearing ashtrays, so this let the hotel down.

A fantastic day. Pam did a power neck, back and shoulders massage on me and it was one of the best massages of not the best massage I've ever had. All the staff were very friendly, very prompt and professional. The lunch was excellent. I highly recommend this spa experience. I will definitely be booking another spa day at this hotel!

Overall the day was an amazing experience for my wife and her friend. The staff were incredibly friendly and made them feel relaxed and catered to their every needs. The food was described as unreal and plentiful. From a booking point of view it was super easy and streamlined to make it simple for the user and as this was a booking made by me and gifted. There were no confusions upon my wife arriving at the resort to book in. Fantastic hospitality and service.

Absolutely loved this experience. The spa tub and cold room were a particular highlight for me and my partner. We found the 4 hours you get in the swimming area were the perfect amount of time to get the best out of this experience. The package we bought also included lunch and that was phenomenal, couldn’t fault any of it.
