Our day started with a very warm welcome by Kerry and the spa team. My back and neck massage was excellent (thank you Elaine) and it was a lovely calming atmosphere in the treatment room. The spa area is very clean and everything is new. Excellent pool, steam room, sauna and sun loungers to stretch out on. Even the changing rooms are well equipped (shower gel, hairdryers, free lockers) and very clean. Our lunch was the biggest surprise of the day! We had expected a small salad to be included in our spa package but were taken to the restaurant and given a la carte menus to choose from. Absolutely delicious food served by the wonderful Catia, who could not do enough for us. 10/10 service, food and ambiance. I also used the gym which is well equipped. Underground parking and the lift goes straight up to the hotel reception area - could not be easier to park and access the hotel. Overall a 10/10 experience and we will back. Thank you for a much needed restful day.
