The spa is very basic, just a steam room and sauna with small pool so pretty basic, changing area and pool area were clean and tidy. Treatments were lovely and staff helpful. As it's a large hotel the food was standard, staff pleasant but service was very slow. Overall good value for money as we only paid £49 pp.

We chose this SpaSeekers to tie up with a family gathering the next day. The spa is located in the health club. The health club is modern and well equipped. The pool was really nice Our spa treatments were conducted in a timely fashion and the quality of the treatments was very good. The therapists were skilled and knowledgeable. There was a clarification of one of our health declarations which showed professionalism. The package included an overnight stay, breakfast and £32 per person for dinner. Service at dinner was slow, but breakfast service was excellent. The Restaurant manger for breakfast was truly excellent. Credit to his employers. The hotel was quite noisy over night thought Great package and price from SpaSeekers. Will be back for another deal soon.

I had filled most of my details over the phone as I felt it was important that they knew I had stage 4 cancer and had some mobility issues. I was showed around and told I had half an hour before my first treatment so I could use the facilities until then. I went into the spa area and decided to have 15 minutes in the Jacuzzi, it all looked very clean. I had a discussion with another disabled user who had the same problem (no stairs into Jacuzzi). My treatments were lovely and very relaxing. When I went downstairs for lunch it was nice to see one area of the restaurant had been set aside for spa guests and each table was reserved with the guests names on them. The Jacuzzi despite the difficulties getting in and out was clean and enjoyable as pool. My only other complaint was that there were only four loungers which some people left their towels and belongings on so no one else could use them. The changing rooms were clean and in good order. All in all I had a lovely experience.

Overall, our experience at the spa started off wonderfully with an incredible suite, lovely food and service, and fantastic amenities including a Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and massage treatments. The staff in the spa were so lovely and also very accommodating, even adjusting our treatment time. The massage and facilities were great. However, the tranquillity of our day was abruptly interrupted in the middle of the night by water noises and a sudden leak from the roof above our bed, followed by a fire alarm. While the hotel staff were prompt in responding. Although the staff were apologetic, this unexpected disruption did significantly dampened our experience. Additionally, we also got locked out with our room keys the next morning which added to the frustration. Despite these setbacks, the spa itself was enjoyable, but the overall experience was marred by the unfortunate incidents during our stay.
