This is my second time coming here for a spa day and I absolutely loved it. Staff are very welcoming. The place is clean and you get 8 hours parking so you do not have to rush. I had a facial and back massage which helped me relaxed and made me feel revitalized - I just wish they were longer. Definitely will be coming back.

Had a spa day today booked my me and mum for her birthday! The full body massage was amazing and the lady doing it was lovely :) only issues we had was that after I booked the spa day I was informed the massages would be separate which we wanted this together, they did offer to upgrade us to a weekend package but this was specifically for mums birthday so we declined. Upon arrival we did get a towel each and a dressing gown but didn’t receive slippers. The facilities in the hotel are lovely tho, nice clean pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam and plunge pool. I do recommend this place for a relaxing day just was a little disappointed it wasn’t together.

Had a spa deal which included a back massage and facial. Therapist was very caring and gave a firm back massage, as requested. She checked in that I was ok, regularly. Facial was lovely and my skin looked good afterwards. She also did a hand massage whilst waiting for the face mask. I could have had a head massage but preferred hand instead. Altogether a very relaxing experience in pleasant surroundings. Will be booking again.

Great spa package. My only complaint would be that they don't provide any slippers with the gowns. Luckily, I had taken a pair of slip-ons for round the pool and spa area but my daughter hadn't. It would have been helpful if they'd said that slippers are no longer provided (as last time they were provided). Apart from that everything was excellent. A lovely back and shoulder massage and an Elemis facial.

The spa experience was very nice, the therapist was good at what she she did and the surroundings were relaxing and comfortable. The hotel pool, sauna etc were very nice but being a Saturday we’re busy with swimming lessons. The spa was very understaffed, there was only 1 therapist and 1 person manning the reception. As there were three of us on my booking it would have been nice to have all gone together. It didn’t stop the experience being very nice though.
