Had a lovely afternoon at the spa which was booked to have some chill time with my daughters following a hen weekend for one of them. The neck and back massage was excellent and the afternoon tea and scones finished off the day perfectly. Thank you!

The food was brilliant worth every penny, the massage was fantastic, only downfall was the organisation by the receptionist in the spa area, she didn’t give us any information I had to ask for the towels and the robes. There was confusion over our booking, I took a friend for her birthday and the treatments were one after the other so we were left on our own, when the other was having the treatment, this to me was a waste of a birthday treat.

We enjoyed the experience and we will come back. The massage was excellent and the swimming pool and facilities were very nice. The main issue was the service. We had lunch booked and this confused matters. I was told to go downstairs to fill out a lunch form, which was not specified at any stage, this meant that lunch was later than anticipated. Also, it appeared that no one really knew what I was referring to so was sent around. It was a shame but we know better for next time where to go for what.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. The woman at the reception desk was very accommodating, two of the ladies in my party wanted a different kind of treatment to the one already booked and she had no issues changing it. Facilities were great, though the showers were under maintenance and there was no Jacuzzi but we were made aware ahead of time and the showers were working again after a few hours. Could also see staff cleaning regularly. Would come back again.
