The hotel is beautiful. Comfy beds, lovely bedding, blackout curtains. Lots of choice at breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was fantastic and it was easy to eat within the £30 allowance if you wanted to. They gave us a free room upgrade. When booking I was a bit put off by the one hour a day, and having to book the time, to use the pool however they were very relaxed about this and we actually had much longer and they were flexible with the times when our plans changed. They were also flexible about the treatment and I had a fantastic full body massage even though that was not listed within the offer. I rang to book the treatment and they booked what I wanted and altered it from the one chosen when booking the spa break. The only bad thing about the hotel is 'dreadful coffee' I would recommend any coffee lovers to take their own. I will be taking my cafetiere next time.

We were very pleased with our morning. The pool was quiet and warm, we enjoyed 2 swims. The sauna and steam room are small but fine. Sadly the Jacuzzi was out of action but we were warned about this. There was a free drinks machine, the staff were helpful and we had a lovely lazy morning. The cream tea, for our late lunch, exceeded expectations. The setting was beautiful and it was a fabulous cream tea.

After a rough week, my friend and I decided to treat ourselves with a stay at Tortworth Court, and it was exactly what we needed! From the moment we arrived, the place felt so calming, and we instantly felt the stress relief. Huge shoutout to Charlotte for making us feel extra welcome—she went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. Her friendly service and attention to detail made everything feel even more special. The spa facilities were amazing, and we left feeling completely refreshed. We loved it so much that we’ve already booked another stay for December! Thank you, Tortworth Court, and especially Charlotte, for such a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to come back!
