Had a lovely experience only downfall is had to go all the way upstairs to order a drink as no staff or a phone or a bell to get anyone’s attention.

I had the full body scrub and massage treatment. The lady who delivered my treatment was excellent. One of the best massages I’ve had. I would definately recommend.

Myself and my friend booked the spa break for my birthday and couldn’t fault it from beginning to end. Hotel room was cool and comfy, the evening meal was delicious, the location for everything was perfect. The breakfast choice was one of the best I have seen & the spa/thermal. Room was cosy and relaxing. We had the place to ourselves and was able to use all the facilities.

I booked the Eforia spa day for my parents as it was my mum's birthday. Their experience was out of this world and they enjoyed it from start to finish. I let the lovely lady I 1st met that it was my dad's 1st time and they took care of everything after allowing me to settle my parents in, they are over 60 and we appreciated this. My mum and dad thoroughly enjoyed their day and mum was so happy to have received a beautiful chocolate birthday cake during tea. Thank you so much for making their day so special and for everything you did. They want to be back in as soon as possible and look forward to booking again in the future.
