From start to finish the day was perfect. The team were super friendly and helpful. My masseuse was incredible. She was friendly and did a great job at sorting all my knots. I would highly recommend this spa.

A nice morning, but a few aspects weren't working. The therapist doing the massages was lovely and attentive, but we had been told different times.

Had a lovely relaxing few hours. Used the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam rooms then had a full body massage.

Myself and my daughter received the Swedish massage and use of spa facilities as a gift - we enjoyed our massage and 1 hour relaxing in the pool and thermal area - we also added lunch at the hotel restaurant- staff were lovely and food was great - one area for improvement is lack of vegetarian option on the lunch menu!

The facilities were all very good. Unfortunately the vitality pool was not useable during our session. The treatments were all very relaxing and professionally done by friendly staff. Unfortunately the afternoon tea served afterwards as part of our spa package was very disappointing. Although there was 3 of us the majority of sandwiches and cakes selection was for 2. We were also served sour cream to have with the scones and when asked for clotted cream we were told they didn’t have any and that was why we had been given sour.
