Lovely spa experience, all spa staff and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Particularly pleased that they allowed my 13 year old daughter to use all the facilities though couldn't have treatments as I'd already discovered so booked the afternoon tea instead. Only real disappointment was that the jacuzzi was out of order. Pool fairly small so wouldn't recommend if you're wanting a good swim but adequate for a relaxing spa day. A very enjoyable experience and one we will recommend and remember.

Amazing value for money, can’t fault anything. Staff were great, food was top quality, great massage, loved the pool and sauna (bit disappointed Jacuzzi was out of order) room was cosy and comfortable.

A very enjoyable weekend away, food was very good with the in house restaurant, rooms are comfortable and the bonus of a little fridge with in the room. Staff were incredible! Nick on reception very friendly, our treatments given by Gemma and Sue our waitress was very attentive! Very good value for money and would definitely stay again!

Never done a spa before so wasn't sure what to expect. The facilities were lovely, a little outdated but great for what we needed. A little disappointing the Jacuzzi was out of order. Staff were lovely and very accompanying to us wanting our afternoon tea 2 hours early. The afternoon tea was also lovely, great selection and very filling. Definitely worth the money.

Staff were very friendly welcoming and helpful. Disappointed that the Jacuzzi wasn’t working but we did get complimentary Prosecco. Queue for showers as only 3 of them so had to rush to get ready for lunch. Afternoon tea was great, good variety of sandwich fillings, the scones were dry though.
