Amazing value for money, can’t fault anything. Staff were great, food was top quality, great massage, loved the pool and sauna (bit disappointed Jacuzzi was out of order) room was cosy and comfortable.

A very enjoyable weekend away, food was very good with the in house restaurant, rooms are comfortable and the bonus of a little fridge with in the room. Staff were incredible! Nick on reception very friendly, our treatments given by Gemma and Sue our waitress was very attentive! Very good value for money and would definitely stay again!

Never done a spa before so wasn't sure what to expect. The facilities were lovely, a little outdated but great for what we needed. A little disappointing the Jacuzzi was out of order. Staff were lovely and very accompanying to us wanting our afternoon tea 2 hours early. The afternoon tea was also lovely, great selection and very filling. Definitely worth the money.

Staff were very friendly welcoming and helpful. Disappointed that the Jacuzzi wasn’t working but we did get complimentary Prosecco. Queue for showers as only 3 of them so had to rush to get ready for lunch. Afternoon tea was great, good variety of sandwich fillings, the scones were dry though.

Lovely day with my daughter for her birthday. She also had a back massage and pedicure, the lady doing the treatments was lovely! The waiting area was chilled and relaxing. Afternoon tea with Prosecco in the restaurant was nicely put together and was very enjoyable. All staff at both the spa and restaurant were very professional and friendly. The only tiny thing i would say is that the changing rooms need a little tlc, the lockers and changing area looked tired and one of the shower wasn't working. Everything else was lovely.

Highly recommend going here for a spa weekend, from walking in to checking out the staff we're all very friendly and helpful. The facilities were good with an amazing treatment staff member. The food at Marcos was delightful, beautifully presented with immense flavours and quality. I would definitely return here.
