Set in a Grade II-listed building with 15 acres of stunning gardens, Eden Hall has everything you need for a truly special spa day. So big that you’re handed an itinerary and a map on arrival, there’s a huge saltwater Vitality pool and a thermal suite crammed with heat and hydro experiences. Located two hours from London, this dreamy day retreat retains all the charm of its original, period architecture. Beautifully decorated, it’s long been an influencer-favourite. But now even seasoned spa-goers have an excuse for a return visit - the launch of a £4m Spa Garden. Pull up a chic lounger and enjoy the all-year-round facilities, from a stunning outdoor sauna and sociable firepit, to the jaw-dropping hydrotherapy pool with its multiple massage stations.
Your time at Eden Hall Day Spa can be just as active or as chilled out as you wish. Swap your fluffy robe for activewear and hit the state-of-the-art gym. Take part in fun fitness classes, from Ballet Tone to Ironclad Abs. Take a walk around the grounds and admire the lake and beehives. Or just kick back and relax as you sample top-notch treatments from luxury spa brands Elemis, VOYA, and Grown Alchemist.
Located a few miles from the charming market town of Newark-on-Trent, you can combine your pampering with some sightseeing. Stroll through quaint streets, visit the historic Newark Castle, and explore the Newark Museum for a taste of local culture. Nature lover? Sherwood Forest has ancient woodland to admire. If you're up for a bit more adventure, a visit to Lincoln Castle and Cathedral has stunning architecture and fascinating history.
But why leave the comfort of Eden Hall Day Spa? With its botanical brasserie The Vinery, plus elegant afternoon teas in the Conservatory and indulgent dining in the Taste of Eden, it strikes the perfect balance between healthy and indulgent.
