We had a lovely relaxing morning at the spa. The changing room was clean and separate to the main pool changing rooms, with good sized lockers and facilities. The pool area was pleasant but dated in decor and would benefit from a refit and some comfy seating. There was an outdoor area which could be made into a nice area of calm with some flowers and plants and screening to hide the car park area. Complimentary drinks were provided from the Brasserie but it was quite a way from the spa so not ideal. Treatments were great and didn’t feel rushed. It was good value for money for a mid range hotel spa day.

Lovely visit to the spa. Welcomed by reception staff everything explained. Spa and pool was busy but pleasant, not quiet due to children holidays it wasn't a problem for us but if you want peace don't go in August. We had lunch in the brasserie again the staff were really welcoming, and the lunch was delicious and huge.

Our experience was delightful. We were there for the day and we really enjoyed everything. I had a massage which was very relaxing. All the staff was very kind and helpful at all times. It was the perfect way to disconnect from work on my day off. Highly recommended.

A really lovely, relaxing day, The facial was absolutely amazing! Skin felt lovely. Lunch was nice. Staff were nice, helpful and made to feel very welcome. A lovely spa experience, would definitely return.

One of the best massages I've ever had, given by Gabriella. Although my Mum was also very impresed with hers also, given by another lady. Was a little disappointed with the other facilities, a pool which was half closed for swimming lessons. Other than that a steam room and sauna. The afternoon tea was lovely with exceptional scones! I find the China Fleet to feel a more luxurious overall experience with more facilities.
