The bright lights of Birmingham and the culture of Coventry on the doorstep? Don’t mind if we do! The Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club has all the luxury and leisure you’ve ever dreamed of, right here in the heart of the magical Midlands.

With some 10,000 acres of country estate surrounding the hotel, its pin-drop peaceful setting will make you forget you’re only a short drive from Birmingham Airport, the NEC and the Coventry Building Society Arena. The region offers up a whole host of must-sees, including Cadbury World, Warwick Castle and Drayton Manor Theme Park. And with Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon and Royal Leamington Spa within easy reach too, you won’t be bored!

But there’s no need to stray too far from your luxurious surroundings. Those who like to combine their pampering with a spot of active relaxation can play a round of golf. The Forest of Arden Hotel is one of the UK’s top golf destinations with outstanding facilities and two of the finest 18-hole courses in the Midlands – the Championship Arden Course and the Aylesford Course.

Alongside the sport of kings, the hotel’s health club offers an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, spa pool and well-equipped gym. Head over to the Cedarwood Spa for a rejuvenating spa ritual in one of six sumptuous treatment rooms – take your pick from a mouthwatering menu of facials, massages and body treatments, with beauty treats providing the glossy finishing touches.

Most spa days are short this was actually the whole day 10am-6pm which I was really pleased about. Also spa days don't tend to include treatment in the package especially at such an affordable rate so I was stoked! Massage was lovely just wished they focused more on the rest of the body but nevertheless great. I'll be coming back soon

I booked the leisure pass for my 2 daughters and myself so we could enjoy the pool, Jacuzzi and steam room and spend quality time together with no distractions of family and work. We were given complimentary towels to use which was a nice touch. We spent the morning sitting reading around the pool then had lunch. We then spent the afternoon using the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Unfortunately the steam room was not in use which was disappointing as that is my favourite part. We had coffee and cake after showering. There was shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel available if you forget to take your own. We were disappointed with the wait time for the cake to arrive (25 minutes), but it has not put us off. We spent a lovely day together and would like to go back again at some point. Hopefully, we will take part in a class or have treatments too.

The hotel is stunning, we upgraded to a larger room which was amazing, very spacious. The pool area is basic, but does the job. We have a 25min massage which was fantastic. We then enjoyed a carvery for dinner, which was help yourself vibes. Breakfast was also included which was also amazing. I'd highly recommend, nothing to fault. This is our second visit and not our last.

A beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and a huge golf course. The food was beautiful and a lot of varied choices both at dinner and breakfast. Very comfortable room. Leisure centre was very nice, lovely pool and jacuzzi. Very clean changing room, only downside was steam room and whirlpool out of order. Spa was lovely and relaxing. Staff throughout the hotel and spa areas were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.
