Located in glorious Berkshire, close to the River Thames, Fredrick’s is a wonderful hotel that features a pampering spa, first-class dining and excellent leisure facilities. The hotel offers guests plenty of fabulous indoor and outdoor spaces in which to relax, including the lovely spa garden and two inviting swimming pools. The emphasis is very much on providing you with the perfect backdrop against which to enjoy some precious ‘me’ time or quality time shared with a loved one.
You can’t help but be impressed by the attention to detail throughout this charming property. The upscale but accessible spa encourages you to just switch off and indulge in luxurious treatments and to make full use of the extensive facilities, which include a calming aromatic steam room.
Fredrick’s enjoys a wonderful location near the bustling market town of Maidenhead. With the railway station just half a mile away, you could even leave the car behind altogether! Slightly further afield, you can find Ascot Racecourse and Windsor Castle, which offers public tours. First spa experience didn’t disappoint. Welcoming staff. Lovely full body massage. Afternoon tea was lovely only down side was not great sandwich choices for fussy eater. Beautiful hot pool. Would definitely visit again.

We had a lovely stay at Frederick's hotel and spa. It was a nice spa and outdoor pool, the room was clean and smart, and the meal in the restaurant was delicious.

We very much enjoyed the relaxing massage and the fact that we had the pool and other spa facilities almost completely to ourselves. The afternoon tea was delicious but we were kept waiting for a half an hour and there were no members of staff around to ask.

Booked for a treatment with afternoon tea, massage was great and both myself and my wife really enjoyed both that and the afternoon tea which was very tasty, was let down however by the fact that both the pool and general facilities were cold, my wife wasn’t able to stay in the pool it was that cold and it was generally much too chilly to really be comfortable in just a swimming costume and robe, is a real shame as would have been really great if it wasn’t for the temperature issues.
