A lovely afternoon relaxing with my husband. Great facilities and very clean. Afternoon tea was nice but is not as good as it used to be but it didn’t spoil our time. The radio mud chamber was a lovely addition to our afternoon.

I visited here for my birthday. We arrived around 1.30pm for the spa and our check in wasn’t until 3pm, but the man on reception checked if our room was ready and got us in early. My partner also had requested petals on the bed as a surprise which they were more than happy to sort! The room looked quite old however it was very spacious and there was an iron, ironing board and hot drinks in the room which was great! The set up of the spa, relaxation and treatment rooms were very nice and relaxing. I particularly liked the hydrotherapy pool and foot spa. When we reached the spa reception, we requested double treatment rooms and again the receptionist sorted this out for us at last minute to make my day even better! The dinner and breakfast we had was very filling. Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend. Thank you to all the staff for making my birthday special!

I booked this for our 20th wedding anniversary and it was a brilliant day. The staff are so friendly and courteous and seemed like nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained to us and we had a little tour around. The whole day was so relaxing and the afternoon tea delicious. Will definitely be going back.

Say our treatment appointments had to be cancelled due to staff sickness. However we were informed before we arrived and we have arranged this soon. We have both been here before and loved our visits hence why we rebooked. We were a little disappointed by the number of people in the spa at this visit as it did delay using the equipment, the hot tub was very busy. We will be going back for our treatment though.
