Tia and Georgina were amazing, gave me and my boyfriend such lovely massages and were very kind :) I will say the only things that could have improved our experience that we both agreed was the Jacuzzi was not very hot, was closer to cold which was a bit disappointing especially as it was a chilly day, also I think snacks would be a nice touch as we had to leave early as we became light headed after swimming and being in and out the sauna for 2 hours! Other than those two down sides it was a lovely day out :)

My daughter and I enjoyed a very pleasant morning in the spa. The staff were welcoming and quietly efficient. The 60 minute treatment was so relaxing and delivered very professionally. Overall we were very impressed with the experience and will definitely be visiting again.

Had a lovely afternoon with friends at the spa. It's a shame there isn't an indoor pool - outdoor pool was cold and pretty small and difficult to swim in. Otherwise we enjoyed it.

I met my friend and had a lovely afternoon at Harbour Hotel in Guildford, we had lunch which was beautiful, service was fantastic. We then headed to the spa, which was on the small side, all sun loungers were occupied but the small pool was free which we used. We didn't use the Jacuzzi as it was full every time we went passed. The relaxation room was nice but again, on the small side. Our Temple Spa goodie bag worth £12 was two tiny samples and a couple of chocolates. In the wet spa room the water had leaked all over the floor and was empty, but for the price it was ok. If the free gift was a bit more substantial and the area a bit bigger or less busy it would have been better. The service couldn't be faulted however, everyone was so kind and helpful and this really made it so please pass on our thanks to the restaurant and spa staff as they were all wonderful.
