The spa facilities are great and indeed a good value for money. The back and shoulder massage was a lovely experience too. The staff are accommodating and showed as around since it was our first time. We had an afternoon tea too which was amazing! We will definitely come back😊

We enjoyed our treatments and the use of the spa facilities. Our afternoon tea was excellent. However, all three of us felt that the changing room facilities let the spa down. Very cramped and some of the lockers were not lockable.

I booked for six of us for a birthday treat. The staff were very polite & informative. The facilities i.e. steam room, sauna pools were very good overall. The only negative was the changing rooms were a little small & cramped. We all had massages which were excellent. Daniel was excellent. The tea, sandwiches & cakes were lovely. It’s the first time we all sat in a hotel restaurant with our robes on! Overall a relaxing experience.

The service prior to our visit to book our treatments was dealt with by Amira who sorted everything we needed and more. We had an amazing massage at the spa by Tatiana and the spa facilities available were great. Such a relaxing experience.

My experience was amazing I loved every minute of it the staff were amazing and so nice and so welcoming and the message staff were so polite and lovely there was so much to do it was such a relaxing day and an amazing atmosphere would absolutely do it again and the treatment was amazing the spa was very clean and in an amazing condition.
