We had a wonderful time there staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel good food. Enjoyed the spa access with all the amenities they had. Would certainly visit again.

The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. The hotel clean and the dinner was amazing. The spa is excellent. You could only use the gym and spa at alloted times. This was understandable for the spa but unusual for a gym. So this was disappointing. Otherwise a great stay, thanks you.

Great little spa, not too many rooms to go in, luckily it wasn't full to capacity as you'd struggle to sit somewhere. Overall clean and welcoming, the floor throughout the whole spa area was absolutely soaking and I was scared of falling over so this was a bit of a shame as I know there are tools to prevent this. The treatment was absolutely amazing and the treatment rooms were very modern and clean. The food was lovely, and the cafe was accommodating. The only let down from the experience is the actual hotel, good room size and overall cleanliness but not worth the money paid at all! The radiator was either off and the room was freezing or it was on and we were being cooked. Needs an update to become a little more welcoming and feel like you're getting your moneys worth.

We had a lovely time during the spa part of our stay. Spa is lovely and the treatments were wonderful! Only criticism of the spa was that no staff checked/removed towels that people had left on the limited number of loungers while they went to have their treatments so some guests were left without anywhere to sit who were actually in the spa.

From start to finish my experience was exactly the tranquil, relaxing day I was after. The spa/pool finishes are to a very high standard, from the pool to the heated chairs, showers equipped with the finest shampoo condition and wash and the package of dressing gown town and sandals! The massage was the best I’ve had in a long time with great attention to detail and the lunch was the cherry on the cake! Was definitely worth the money spent!
