My experience at Holte Spa was amazing. The facial was the best I have ever had. The thermal spa was great and very clean. Afternoon tea was so good too. I left feeling so relaxed and happy. I will definitely return soon 😊

We had a lovely stay with friends! Beginning with a lovely afternoon tea. We then had a relaxing time in the thermal journey. Staff couldn’t do anymore for you. We enjoyed the afternoon treatments and even joined an aqua aerobics class! The break was finished with a super stroll to lakeside.

Absolutely brilliant day, the staff were superb, nothing was any trouble, my espa facial with Jodie was fabulous! The best facial I've ever had, I enjoyed it so much I even bought some products. The afternoon tea was lovely, and the restaurant staff were so lovely too. On the whole, an amazing day and a gorgeous venue, I would totally recommend this.

Had a wonderful treatment by Carly but the experience was spoilt by constant opening & closing of doors plus conversation, haven’t had this issue on previous visits. Hand drier in changing room needs repairing or a towel providing. Afternoon tea not as good as previously. Overall I enjoyed but a few areas need action. All staff were friendly and professional.
