Really enjoyed my day in the spa. Very relaxing, the facilities, pool, steam sauna and Jacuzzi were good. I was there early in the day when it was quiet, the sauna and Jacuzzi are quite small but was fine in this quiet spell. Lovely glass of Prosecco and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again.

The place was very clean, relax and not extremely busy. We were a group of 5 and we enjoyed the swimming pool, steam room and hydro massage. We went from 2pm to 5pm and 3 hours were enough for us to enjoy the facilities without any rush. We truly love our time at the spa and our glass of Prosecco was the cherry on the top.

I went in the evening after work and enjoyed the sauna, steam room and generally lounging about in my robe. Hot tub was also nice but popular with other guests. A really nice pick me up!

The pool area is small, as is often the way with hotel health clubs. Jacuzzi worked fine, steam room was near pitch black at first. Wasn’t clear that the saunas were in changing rooms when we booked, and the gents one was out of order. For a discounted £25 each including a glass of presecco for 3 hours it was pretty decent - I’d have felt short changed at the full price of £45

I enjoyed my full body manage from Jan. I really found it relaxing and rejuvenating. Jan took her time making sure she gave equal attention throughout the massage. Jan was truly amazing for me! I would like to add that they only factor that was a spoiler was the afternoon tea. The service was fair and the afternoon tea was very minimal; not a great experience.

Although the staff are very friendly I had a problem with the Jacuzzi. It didn’t work so ask for help which was then turned on but the chlorine was so strong I had to get out. Since getting home I have realised it had faded one of my good swim suits. Please may I have some advice? I was going to contact the hotel directly.
