Like to lunge before lunch? We hear you. Luckily, the fitness facilities at Evergreen Spa at Kenwick Park make being active feel like a breeze. Its ClubSpa gym will see you sculpting and toning like never before!

From conditioning cardio machines to a dedicated weights area, there’s everything you need to tone up and reach your fitness goals. Take part in a fitness class or hit the pool for some Aqua Jog. Just remember that, however hard you work out, the sauna, steam room and pool are ready and waiting to boost your recovery.

Bring your trainers for a run, stroll or power-walk around the grounds - there are 320 acres to explore. Hire bikes or book a tennis court. Play a round on the stunning 18-hole golf course. Each day brings a variety of fun ways to break a sweat, from disc golf to archery.

Here on a spa day? Many pamper packages to Evergreen Spa at Kenwick Park include a scrummy afternoon tea or light lunch. These can all be eaten in the spa lounge without leaving the comfort of your plush robe - just watch out for crumbs!

Fancy a cappuccino after your swim? ClubSpa is home to Juniper’s Coffee Shop & Lounge. Light and airy with a relaxed atmosphere and comfy seating, it makes a great spot to socialise, or just relax and read the papers.

Here on an overnight stay that includes breakfast? It’s served buffet-style from 7am to 10am in the fabulous Fairways Restaurant. Lunch consists of sandwiches, salads and light bites - you can even eat al fresco amid delightful views of the woods and golf course. 

Enjoy a post-spa G&T in Keepers Bar, set in a stunning conservatory. Then, when it’s time for dinner, you’ll find chef-prepared dishes made with fresh, locally sourced produce.

There’s also the tepidarium, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and outdoor hydro pool to relax in afterwards. Just remember children can also use the ClubSpa facilities, so school holidays may get busy.

Here you’ll find 51 contemporary rooms to choose from and each has queen-size beds and walk-in showers. Or go for a luxurious woodland lodge. There are 77 in all, and most are set slightly further away in the grounds. Warm, cosy and full of home comforts, some even have their own hot tubs!

Yes it is. The spa has wheelchair access, and at the hotel you’ll find one accessible bedroom. Or book the Alford Lodge - designed specifically to accommodate wheelchairs, it has ramped access and widened corridors. Sleeping up to four people, it also has a wet room with a shower chair and support bars.

You’ll find Kenwick Park in the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so there's plenty of countryside to explore on foot or by bike. The market town of Louth is just three miles away, while historic Lincoln is about 30 miles. Beach lover? You can get to the Lincolnshire coastline in 20 minutes if you hop in the car.

Originally built in 1797 for distinguished field master Hinman Allenby, the grand Georgian home was bought by the Dixon family of Grimsby, who owned the town's paper mills. Used as a base for the Home Guard during the Second World War, it was heavily bombed. 

In the 1960s it was rebuilt in a neo-Georgian-style and remained the Dixon family home for around 30 years. Transformed into a leisure destination in the 1990s, an unfortunate fire in 2014 gutted the leisure complex. But in July 2016, following a £4.5 million refurbishment, Kenwick Park unveiled its swish new Clubspa and Evergreen Spa, crammed with state-of-the-art facilities.

Spa packages at Evergreen Spa at Kenwick Park are only for those aged 16 and over. Those aged between 16 and 18 can have treatments when accompanied in the joint room.

However the Kenwick Park Estate is fabulously family-friendly, with lots of activities laid on for little ones. Tuck into children’s menus at Fairways Restaurant and Keepers Bar, then tire them out with archery, disc golf, tennis and more! And when it’s time for their nap, Kinder lodges even feature a cute woodland-themed children’s bedroom with bunk beds! 

Kids are also welcome in ClubSpa where they can swim in the 20-metre indoor swimming pool or splash in the children’s pool until 7pm. If you were craving an adults-only spa day you might want to avoid school holidays!

Yes it is! While dogs aren’t allowed to set a paw in Evergreen Spa, Kenwick Park welcomes dogs. Your pampered pooch can stay with you in pet-friendly accommodation. And because Kenwick Park is set in 320 acres of secluded countryside, you’ll find plenty of good walks nearby.
