While it’s over 16s in the spa, Alveston Manor is a child friendly hotel. There are family rooms, children’s menus and activities laid on in the school holidays such as Easter Egg hunts or visits from Santa. Children aged up to 14 years can splash in the pool between 8am and 7pm when accompanied by an adult.

The hotel has ground floor rooms, plus one accessible room with lowered switches, grab rails in the bathroom and an alarm. Because it's a period building, there are a few steps to navigate. Portable ramps allow wheelchair access to public areas and bedrooms, while the spa has a lift to all areas, accessible treatment rooms, access to the sauna, steam room and gym and a hoist into the pool. 

Yes, waggy tails are welcome at Alveston Manor. At this dog-friendly hotel, guide and service dogs can stay for free, while pet dogs can check in at a price of £15 per pet per night.

There’s not a golf course on-site, but there are three within two miles of the hotel. Nearest of them all is Stratford-Upon-Avon golf course. Less than half a mile away from Alveston Manor’s Tudor front door, it has 18 challenging holes and welcomes visitors.
